"I am still Me"

A Documentary film by MEHAR

This documentary was launched on December 29,2020 and was partly supported by the city of Brampton through Advance Brampton Fund. The successful production of this documentary in only 4 months was a true milestone for MEHAR team. The documentary reflects the unique approach of MEHAR in utilizing the power of art in mental health awareness. This project opened a new door to embark on new journey of film production in addition to theatre. This documentary inspired MEHAR to look into the opportunities to use other digital platforms such as YouTube as a powerful medium to achieve our strategic goals.

 

The virtual curtain- raiser was a successful event and was well attended by about 70 members including mental health experts, artists and audience. The messages from all keynote speakers were the highlight of this virtual event.
